Pitch & grounds
Mowing, marking lines before match day, checking goals and nets, watering – with a how-to for the mower everyone can find.
Duties up for grabs
Bar duty on match day is “up for grabs” – whoever can, taps. Bonus points for volunteers, reminder to everyone while still open.
Signature as proof
Medical bag checked, till reconciled – with name confirmation and timestamp, traceable for the board.
Knowledge for new helpers
“Wash the kits” with temperature, detergent and where the laundry key hangs. Nobody has to call the groundskeeper.
Groups & teams
Groups like “board”, “U11 parents”, “pitch team” – tasks rotate within the group or go to the group for pick-up.
Helper points & club goal
“500 helper points this month” – when the club reaches the goal, there is a barbecue for all helpers.
Before match day
Everything done before the referee arrives
A routine “prepare match day” with fixed steps: mark lines, check nets, restock drinks, fill the till, check the medical bag. Steps split across several helpers, progress visible to all – on the lock screen, too.

Privacy in the club
Members without accounts, data in Germany
Helpers who do not want an account run as a profile with a PIN – on the tablet at the clubhouse, for example. Every club is its own household with its own tenant isolation. Whoever leaves gets deleted – including photos and completions.
